When I pulled the trigger on becoming an HSN affiliate, I had already haphazardly started working on promoting a challenge in my gym. This was my 8th challenge I had run in my facility. I never really knew how to run a successful challenge and I usually just winged it with average enrollment, mediocre participation, and a few results. By becoming an HSN affiliate not only have I learned how to do this right, but while training and promoting simultaneously I was still able to get nearly 40 challenge participants. 1/2 way in and we have about 70% compliance (could be more but we have some members who just never even started.) Through 1/2 way check ins and all our meetings have athletes seeing a reduction in lbs and percentages and a general feeling of success and ease not being stuck to a restricted diet or being forced to unrealistically track numbers relentlessly through their day. Additionally while completing the training and through the guidance of HSN, revamped my entire presence in my community. New website, app, social media posts, emails, and more helped attract new or returning clients to my business. Thanks to one on one coaching, I have already been able to add and extra $2500 in EFT to the business and am looking to make this the best year we have ever had as a business. Offering our athletes a complete package of fitness, nutrition, and accountability will continue to grow our athletes success stories and ensure our pipeline is filled for years to come!
